These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Samuda’s website, samuda.com.sa, and all purchases made through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Samuda is headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

1. Use of the Website

The website and its content are for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use only.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its functionality.

2. Account Creation

To place an order, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Samuda may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

6. Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard in SAR.
All payments are processed securely. Card details and personal data are never stored, sold, or shared with third parties.
Refunds are processed only through the original payment method.

7. Shipping & International Orders

Orders are shipped based on the option selected at checkout.
Import duties or taxes for international orders (outside the GCC) are the customer’s responsibility.
Samuda does not ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for damaged or incorrect items.
Swimwear is non-refundable.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Refunds or replacements are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
To request a return, email info@samuda.com with product photos. Instructions will be provided within one business day.

9. User Submissions

Any feedback, information, or material submitted to Samuda is considered non-confidential and may be used for product improvement and marketing.
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
You agree to indemnify Samuda against damages resulting from submitted content that violates these Terms.

10. Social Media Links

Samuda may link to third-party social media sites. These are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Samuda is not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

11. Disclaimer
