Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We ship to over 220 countries worldwide through trusted express carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Yes. Samuda offers complimentary standard shipping worldwide.
Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost, based on the service speed you select. Please contact us or choose the option at checkout for a quote.
Orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days, excluding customs clearance or local holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order.
Shipping charges are covered by Samuda. Import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are the client’s responsibility and may vary by destination country.
Orders & Payments
Our website automatically displays prices in your local currency for browsing convenience. At checkout, all orders are processed in Saudi Riyal at the most current exchange rate. This means while you see prices in your own currency during shopping, your payment will be charged in Saudi Riyal.
Please note: depending on your card issuer or bank, a small foreign-exchange fee may apply.

Packaging & Product Care
Each order is presented in a protective luxury box with ribbons and a Samuda bag, ensuring it arrives in impeccable condition.
We recommend professional dry cleaning for all textile items and low-temperature pressing with a cloth barrier. Keep framed pieces or decorative boxes away from direct sunlight and moisture, wiping only with a soft, dry cloth.
Changes, Returns & Refunds
Once an order is confirmed and processed, we are unable to cancel or add items. You’re welcome to place a new order for any additional pieces.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or does not match your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached. Please email photos to info@samuda.com.sa to begin the process.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Privacy & Security
Yes. Your personal information remains private and is only shared with your consent or where legally required. Payments are processed securely, and Samuda does not store your card details.
