We ship the products from our warehouses (located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) to over 220 countries via well known express carriers such as DHL, UPS, etc…
After the order is placed, shipments take on average between 2-8 days to reach destination. Our team will track your shipment and will send you the tracking number information as soon as the order is placed. Delivery charges are paid by Samuda, however, the import duties/taxes are paid by the client.
Which currencies can I shop in?
The displayed currency on the store is displayed in Saudi Riyal for Saudi Arabia and in USD for all other countries. When you process the payment on checkout, you will be allowed to pay with any currency you want.

Do I need an account to place an order?
An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for an account so that you can subscribe to our newsletter and easily place an order.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Once the order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.
Can I return my order after delivery?
You can make a return request for our products within 7 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons: if it is damaged, or if it does not correspond with the listed product you have ordered. You can either request the product to be changed and sent again or to be refunded at our own expense. Refunds are done within 7 business days maximum. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. In case of return request, please send an e-mail with product photos to info@samuda.com.sa. We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective luxury box and bag and ribbons to ensure it arrives to you in great condition.
